  • Social groups are a great way to connect with other people and make friends with other neurodivergent people.

    Ways to participate:

    • Online or in-person

    • Singular events like social networking night or singles mixers

    • Groups are formed using a combination of factors like age, support level, and personal interests.

    Each session is in two parts.

    • Part 1: Direct instruction on social skill sets and typical social expectations, in a neuro-affirming way.

    • Part 2: Conversation and activity. Conversation is guided and supported when needed to help naturally facilitate meaningful connections.
