Autism and Neurodiversity Coaching
Our adult and teen coaching program offers a broad spectrum of services to help you make your day a little bit easier!
Let’s work together to create a plan to reach your goals. Whether it’s social skills coaching to build friendships, career coaching, dating coaching, or just daily living skills.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are a great way for us to focus on your communication or daily living goals in a more personalized setting.
If you want to work on your social communication with others, it’s a great place to start. Some people like to start out in individualized sessions, built skill sets, and then progress to joining social skills groups.
Some things we might work on during 1:1 sessions are:
Expanding social communication and strengthening relationships with people who are currently in your life (expanding communication with a specific family member or co-worker)
Strategies to make new friends socially or at work
Dating and relationships and conversational exchanges
Navigating and resolving interpersonal conflicts
Increasing personal independence
Daily problem solving
Sensory regulation
Time management
Job Coaching
Some skills we might work on…
Advocating for accommodations in the workplace
Choosing a career that highlights your strengths
Writing a cover letter and updating your resume
Interview skills
Building social communication with co-workers and administrators
Task management and time management
On-going daily or weekly support to maintain workplace productivity
Providing a training to your employer and co-workers on creating neuro-affirming workplaces
Parents: Accompanying your adult or young adult to their new job or current job, provide real-time social and task support. Overall, acting as a transition coordinator to ensure continued future success.
Are you ready to find your first job or make a career change? Are you looking for social or task support in your current position?
Whether you’re ready to begin your first career or are years into your profession, job coaching can benefit you. Together, we’ll focus on a strengths based approach.
If you’re seeking a new position, we’ll determine a career that might suit you best, and then work together to fine-tune your resume, apply for jobs, and review interview skills in a neuro-affirming way.
Job coaching can also occur within your current career. Maybe you’ve been wanting to start advocating for more accommodations to make your workday more comfortable, or maybe you’d like regular on-going coaching to assist with weekly task management and productivity.
Most clients benefit from booking a 3 session package, which allows for time to answer questions, set goals, and monitor and adjust strategies as needed.
Parent Coaching
Some skills we might work on are…
Expanding your child’s verbal communication
Figuring out if your child is showing early signs of autism or other neurodivergent diagnoses
Decreasing meltdowns or tantrums at home or school
Building relationships with peers and siblings
Regulating sensory needs
Navigating picky eating, food aversions, expanding safe foods, etc.
Planning for transition to adulthood (supported employment, community hab, etc.)
Providing 1:1 support and coaching for your adult in their work setting
Come to our first session with all of your questions and concerns about your child’s communication skills or autism needs.
Parent coaching is available for any age range, whether your child is 6 months old or 26 years old.
Then, together we will develop goals and strategies to help your child to strengthen and build new skillsets.
Most families benefit from booking a 3 session package, which allows for time to answer questions, set goals, observe your child in their natural setting, and monitor and adjust strategies as needed.
